Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to lead quality planning, evaluation and control. The role involves developing and implementing prevention-based methodologies in design, manufacturing, testing and corrective activities across products and services.

The position requires 6+ years of experience and a strong technical foundation, with the ability to teach new processes and guide teammates while working across functions to improve overall quality and compliance.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience, preferred
• High School Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field or equivalent experience, preferred

• Takes the lead in effectively applying and teaching new processes and skills to accomplish assignments
• Comprehensive knowledge in technical or specialty area
• Ability to apply knowledge beyond own areas of expertise
• Performs the most complex and technically challenging work within area of specialization

• Works independently to interpret and apply company procedures to complete work
• Provides guidance to less experienced team members
• May have team leader responsibilities but does not formally supervise
