Johnson Controls is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes and lines. You will drive operational excellence using Lean principles and manage strategic projects across capacity expansion, line design, and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong Industrial Engineering expertise, line balancing, and knowledge of JIT, Kanban, and Kaizen.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/ Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in Engineering/Operations Management or Project Management.
• Minimum 8 years in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or Operations.
• Proven experience designing and launching manufacturing lines from concept to production.

Responsabilidades

• Lead manufacturing projects from concept development through implementation and stabilization.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Manage capacity expansion, automation, and process transfer projects.
• Apply PMP/PMBOK, Agile, and Scrum methodologies to meet deadlines and budgets.
