Job summary

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions in Nogales, MX is seeking an IP&E Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing operations and sustainment activities. The role emphasizes process improvement, fixture knowledge, and hands-on production guidance in a hybrid work setting.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate opportunities, interpret assembly drawings, and manage ECO/ECN changes, while contributing to Lean initiatives and quality improvements across the supply

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in manufacturing environments.
Advanced English skills (spoken and written).
Experience interpreting assembly drawings.
Experience with manufacturing processes and lean practices.

Responsibilities

Review new opportunities and validate requirements.
Knowledge of fixtures and standardized procedures (Sustaining Eng).
Lead process improvement initiatives (Lean, 6S, Kaizen).
Provide direct production support and guidance on tool usage and part validation.
Manage Engineering Change Orders/Notifications (ECOs/ECNs).
