Eaton in Mexico is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support day-to-day operations within a cross-functional high-performance team. You will collect and analyze data to drive process improvements related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

You will provide on-floor process information for training and ensure engineering standards are met. You will equip production associates with the tools they need to perform their jobs effectively and safely.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality specifications, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to robust manufacturing processes and equipment loading for new products.
• Calculate production costs and review schedules for optimization.
• Evaluate machinery for safety, capacity, and effectiveness.
• Develop technical specs for new equipment and manage capital projects.
• Plan workflow, storage, and workplace layout.
• Provide training and technical support to leaders and operators.
• Support Lean, Six Sigma, and Pro Launch initiatives with process maps and FMEA.
• Lead safety and housekeeping to meet company policies.
