Eaton in Guadalupe, Nuevo León, Mexico seeks an experienced production supervisor to lead the fabrication team toward on-time production, quality, and cost goals while ensuring employee safety.

You will coordinate with functional groups, supervise hourly to salaried staff, and drive Eaton Business System (EBS) and Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF) improvements. English fluency and Lean expertise are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, manufacturing, mechanical or electromechanical engineering or similar.
• 3 years of experience in painting and assembly operations; 3 years in leadership.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and participate in safety, start up and production meetings according to Leader Standard Work.
• Manage and direct all manufacturing activities to ensure completion of customer requirements.
• Assess performance indicators, and take action to ensure schedule, cost, and quality goals.
• Ensure documentation and system transactions meet customer, manufacturing system, and financial reporting requirements.
• Assure policies, procedures, and other documentation are followed to ensure consistent and compliant manufactured product.
• Provide leadership and commitment in support of continuing improvements in quality, productivity and delivery performance.
• Support product design organization through new product introduction phase to ensure customer manufacturing delivery times are met.
• Ensure environmental, health, and safety issues are addressed per local regulations and policy.
• Coordinate continuous improvement events (Kaizen).
