Carrier is seeking a Sr. Engineer, Advanced Manufacturing Automation to drive strategic automation across heat exchanger manufacturing and final assembly. You will lead projects from concept to implementation, including controls integration, ROI analysis, supplier management, commissioning and sustainment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with strong manufacturing automation background.
• 10+ years deploying automation solutions in production settings.
• 8+ years delivering verified hard savings through automation projects.
• Experience commissioning and sustaining automated systems in manufacturing.
• Ability to translate challenges into measurable improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead automation initiatives for manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Design, implement, and validate automation solutions including controls and testing.
• Develop and manage ROI, NPV/IRR, and capital proposals with business cases.
• Collaborate with Finance, manufacturing, and engineering teams to realize savings.
• Lead suppliers and system integrators through RFQ, FAT/SAT, and commissioning.
• Ensure run-at-rate, cycle time targets, and regulatory compliance.
