Formación
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
- 10+ years implementing manufacturing automation in production environments.
- 8+ years delivering verified hard savings (labor, scrap, FPY, availability).
- 8+ years commissioning and sustaining automation systems in manufacturing.
Responsabilidades
- Lead automation initiatives for heat exchanger and assembly processes.
- Develop and implement automation solutions including sensors, controls, and end‑of‑line testing.
- Design, troubleshoot, and optimize manufacturing automation systems (PLC, HMI, safety).
- Expand digitalization via MES integration and automated test systems.
- Identify and deliver hard savings and productivity gains.
- Prepare detailed automation business cases and ROI analyses.
