Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to own end-to-end automation for HVAC product lines, including water-cooled and air-cooled systems. You will drive automation opportunities, build investment cases, and lead execution from commissioning to sustained performance gains.

The role emphasizes technical ownership, ROI-driven project leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value manufacturing improvements.

Formación

• Experience leading end-to-end automation projects for HVAC or similar manufacturing lines.
• Familiarity with PLC/HMI programming (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and test automation.
• Strong ability to build business cases with ROI and payback analyses.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver automation solutions across product lines and processes.
• Develop and validate final assembly automation for heavy assembly and EOL testing.
• Own controls, test systems, and digital integration with data capture.
