Metso is seeking a Senior Manager, Special Logistics to lead the West Special Logistics region (NCA & SAM). You will drive regional operations, build capability, and shape a high-performing organization with change leadership and stakeholder collaboration.

Report to Director Burcu Sahin and operate with hybrid options in Irapuato, Sorocaba, or Concon-Chile. You will guide a nine-person team, coordinate with procurement and logistics partners, and lead improvements to ensure reliable customer

• Proven leadership in logistics or supply chain in international settings.
• Experience managing complex logistics ops and critical deliveries.
