Brose Sitech in Monterrey region is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager to lead and develop the logistics team. You will manage warehousing, transportation, production planning, and material flow to ensure on-time delivery and efficient operations.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, coordinate with suppliers and customers across multiple sites and time zones, and travel internationally as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management or a comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in logistics management or supply chain operations.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of JIT/JIS processes and ERP systems (SAP).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel; willing to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Leading, motivating, and developing the logistics team.
• Managing all logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, production planning, and material flow.
• Overseeing logistics initiatives within the plant aligned with corporate standards.
• Planning, controlling and optimizing inventory levels.
• Monitoring KPIs such as OTD, inventory levels, and logistics costs.
• Collaborating with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Coordinating with suppliers on procurement challenges and contractual requirements.
• Approving and monitoring budget, investments, and personnel capacity.
