Metso is seeking a Part Lists and Critical Spares Specialist to join the Global Quotation Support and Proposal Management team in a hybrid role, mainly located in Irapuato, Mexico, with flexibility across several global sites. You will manage Critical Spare Parts proposals, RPLs, and contract requests, coordinating pricing, lead times, and technical data with multiple stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• Experience in quotation support, spare parts management, or procurement.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret mixed technical and commercial data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across global teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP ERP.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver Critical Spare Parts proposals, Recommended Parts Lists (RPLs), and OPA/MOI contract requests, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Product Support, Expert Networks, and Sales teams to obtain pricing, lead times, and technical information required for proposals.
• Analyze spare parts requirements and develop customer-focused recommendations aligned with operational and maintenance needs.
• Review and validate proposal content, commercial terms, pricing structures, and supporting documentation before submission.
• Support quotation and proposal activities by providing accurate spare parts data and commercial information.
• Monitor proposal progress and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure customer deadlines are met.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing proposal quality, efficiency, and customer responsiveness.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within the relevant business systems and tools.
