Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation in Mexico seeks a Senior Manager, Operational Excellence (OPEX) to lead the plant's OE strategy and execution, driving Lean transformation, continuous improvement, and Carrier Excellence initiatives across manufacturing operations.

You will align productivity projects with the plant's financial plan, deliver sustainable improvements in cost, quality and efficiency, and partner across Manufacturing, Maintenance, Industrial Engineering, Quality and Finance to realize

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, or related field.
7–10 years of experience leading Lean, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or manufacturing transformation.
Experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of operations, maintenance, or industrial processes.
Advanced English proficiency, valid U.S. visa, and ability to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

Lead the plant's Operational Excellence strategy and productivity initiatives aligned with operational and financial objectives.
Drive Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives, Kaizen events, waste reduction, process optimization, and cost improvements.
Lead plant transformation initiatives including layout optimization, process redesign, workflow improvements, and documentation.
Drive the implementation and sustainability of Carrier Excellence tools and performance metrics.
Lead alignment, prioritization, and execution of plant SWAT initiatives, partnering across Manufacturing, Operations, Maintenance, IE, Quality, and Finance.
