Under Armour seeks a Sr. Manager, eCommerce for the Mexico team to own the ecommerce lifecycle, ensure traffic from acquisition converts on the website through strong navigation and merchandising, and meet financial targets while delivering a premium customer journey.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, merchandising, and strategy teams in a fast-paced, positive environment, with a hybrid schedule requiring 4 days in the office weekly.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in the ecommerce lifecycle channel.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (SFCC preferred).
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience working with multiple regions is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Owns ecommerce lifecycle and site merchandising for the Mexico market.
• Drives site conversion and customer journey improvements across the Mexico website.
• Leads on-site merchandising, navigation, banners, and copy coordination with marketing.
• Monitors KPIs such as Conversion Rate, AOV, UPT, Bounce Rate and adds to cart rate.
• Collaborates with product, engineering, marketing, merchandising, and strategy teams on initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years

Master’s degree with 6+ years
