You will lead a team to manage daily fund operations, reconciliation, and liquidity planning, working closely with HQ teams. Formación

• 8+ years of experience in fund management and treasury.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin preferred.
• Strong leadership and numerical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the customer management team to perform daily customer fund operations and ensure fund security.
• Oversee daily payment channel reconciliation and resolve abnormal transactions to reduce complaints.
• Manage fund positions and allocations to ensure liquidity for fintech operations.
• Handle customer service tickets related to funds and maintain high customer experience.
• Develop and refine SOPs and SLAs for customer fund management.
