DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a seasoned Fund Operations Leader to join its fintech team in Mexico City.

You will oversee daily customer fund operations, perform reconciliations, manage liquidity and funding transfers, and collaborate with product, finance and treasury to keep funds safe and efficient. You’ll lead a six‑person team, set SOPs and SLAs, handle secure fund management and improve customer experience.

Formación

• 8 years of experience in fund management and treasury.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong leadership with ability to manage a 6‑person team.
• Analytical mindset with strong numerical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily customer fund operations and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure liquidity management and funding transfers for the fintech business.
• Collaborate with product, finance, and treasury to optimize fund management.
