DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a senior funds operations leader in Mexico City. You will head the customer funds team, oversee daily operations and reconciliations, and ensure secure, liquid fund management for the fintech business.

You will collaborate with HQ teams to build an automated fund management platform, aiming for safe processes and high customer satisfaction. Strong numerical skills, leadership, and bilingual communication are valued.

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in fund management and treasury.
• Fluent English; Mandarin preferred.
• Bachelor's degree; strong numerical and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the customer management team to perform daily customer fund operation and ensure security.
• Coordinate daily payment reconciliation and reduce fund-related complaints.
• Manage fund position and liquidity for fintech business.
• Handle customer service tickets related to customer funds and ensure high experience levels.
• Develop SOPs and SLAs for internal fund management activities.
