Siemens Energy seeks a Senior Resident Engineer for the P315 LTP at the Mexicali CFE power plant in Baja California Norte. The role centers on on-site technical management, maintenance coordination, and maintaining a direct client relationship with Siemens Energy's commitments.
Ideal candidates bring proven thermoelectric plant experience, gas turbine and generator expertise, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision, focusing on troubleshooting, planning, and field
Formación
- Demonstrable experience in maintenance and operation of thermoelectric power plants.
- Gas turbine and generator expertise.
- Experience planning predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
- Experience managing unionized personnel is desirable.
Responsabilidades
- 50% On-Site Technical & Maintenance Management: Provide on-site technical assistance, evaluation, and troubleshooting for turbines, generators, and auxiliary equipment.
- Coordinate outages and maintenance to ensure rapid return to service and act as primary technical contact on-site.
- Perform detailed inspection rounds and collect operational data with high integrity.
- Supervise client personnel's maintenance work, ensuring safety and quality standards.
- Conduct minor maintenance and continuous improvement activities to enhance reliability.
