Power Digital is seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to own the production LookML semantic layer and drive scalable analytics for 1,000+ staff and hundreds of clients. You will translate business asks into robust data models and ship end-to-end data products.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, analysts, and executives, mentoring teammates and applying AI-assisted approaches to improve performance and insights across Looker surfaces.

Formación

• 4+ years owning full lifecycle LookML models and data products.
• Advanced SQL with Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency setting is a plus.
• Strong communication with engineers and executives.
• Experience deploying LookML across multiple Looker instances.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve LookML semantic layer across the organization and clients.
• Write scalable LookML with metadata to support conversational analytics.
• Translate stakeholder asks into technical LookML implementations.
• Design Looker assets for scalable, reusable self‑service analytics.
• Develop data products and ensure high-quality visualizations.
• Mentor junior developers and analysts; promote best practices.
