Capgemini Mexico is seeking a Veeva Application Support Engineer to deliver L2/L3 support for Veeva Vault across global sites. You will troubleshoot incidents, configure workflows, and enhance dashboards while coordinating with ERP, MES, and LIMS integrations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a tech field, 5–10 years Veeva Vault experience, strong SaaS configuration skills, and fluent English communication for global operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault (Quality / Clinical / RIM).
• Strong understanding of Cloud-based SaaS platforms & configurations (workflows, objects, lifecycles).
• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Data migration and validation experience.
• Reporting tools proficiency.
• Advanced English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2/L3 support for Veeva Applications across global sites (24x5 / follow-the-sun).
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within SLA timelines.
• Support core Veeva modules such as Veeva Vault Quality (QMS, Deviations, CAPA, Change Control), Veeva Vault RIM, Veeva Clinical.
• Configure and enhance Workflows, forms, business rules, Object configurations and metadata, Reports and dashboards.
• Support integrations with ERP systems (SAP), MES / Manufacturing systems, LIMS (LabVantage).
