Biotix, Inc. - Mettler Toledo is seeking a Senior Lean Lead Engineer to drive continuous improvement across our Mexico unit. You will lead Lean initiatives, apply structured problem solving, and use data-driven decisions to boost quality, delivery, and productivity.

The role requires hands-on facilitation of Kaizen events, value-stream mapping, and standard work, coaching teams at all levels to sustain improvements and achieve measurable gains in lead time and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of Lean/manufacturing continuous improvement experience.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and facilitating Kaizen events.

Responsibilities

• Lead or facilitate Lean and continuous improvement projects across the unit.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes using data, observation, and business priorities.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and cross-functional Lean projects.
• Define objectives, milestones, owners, measures, and sustainment plans.
• Provide Lean training and coaching to employees at multiple levels.
