Amphenol CMT - Critical Medical Technologies is seeking an Operating System Specialist in Mexico to lead continuous improvement across manufacturing and admin processes. You will drive Lean, Kaizen events, and deploy MDIs to reduce costs and elevate performance, while mentoring teams and aligning with strategic goals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 2–3 years in operations or CI, and strong English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or continuous improvement.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and CI tools (5S, Kaizen, problem solving).
• Experience working with KPIs and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the implementation and execution of continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Supervise and develop team members involved in continuous improvement activities.
• Facilitate Lean, Kaizen, and process improvement events across manufacturing and administrative functions.
• Partner with department leaders to identify improvement opportunities and enhance operational performance.
• Manage the Policy Deployment process, KPIs, and strategic performance tracking, including the plant X-Matrix.
• Lead the deployment and sustainability of MDIs to ensure ongoing performance improvement.
• Promote a Lean culture by providing training, coaching, and support on Lean methods and CI tools.
• Support problem-solving and root cause analysis activities across manufacturing and business functions.
• Maintain visual management systems, scorecards, 5S programs, and related documentation.
• Ensure effective execution of CI audits and ongoing development of the 5S program.
• Monitor and sustain improvements from Kaizen events and follow-up actions.
• Foster a productive, engaged, and results-oriented work environment.
• Support CI initiatives at other company locations as required.
• Identify environmental aspects and ensure EMS compliance.
• Suggest process improvements aligned with EMS and report risks and opportunities.
