Kyndryl is hiring a Workday HCM Compensation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize compensation processes across global regions. You will lead initiatives in Merit and Bonus cycles, act as a Workday SME, and partner with stakeholders to deliver robust compensation solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or advanced certifications preferred.
• 7+ years hands‑on Workday SME experience configuring HCM, Core, and Advanced Compensation.
• Experience leading Core and Advanced Compensation cycles in Workday.
• Experience deploying multiple Workday HCM implementations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with executives and clients.
• Knowledge of HR processes in payroll, benefits, time tracking, and security.
• Certified: Workday Core HR, Workday Compensation.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise and leadership in Workday Compensation design and implementation.
• Partner with stakeholders to deploy complex global annual merit and bonus cycles.
• Analyze, design, and deliver Workday HR system enhancements as a SME.
• Manage annual compensation administration and salary structures.
• Configure, test, and administer annual processes in Workday.
• Create dashboards and audit data for accuracy; serve as data reviewer.
• Plan and support major system updates; act as primary user support contact.
• Translate business needs into architectural blueprints for Workday gaps.
