Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior or Senior Lead SQL Application Support Engineer for a US-based client in investment management. You will maintain production databases, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure batch and ETL jobs run smoothly.

Responsibilities include writing complex SQL, data validation, performance tuning, and collaborating with DBAs and development teams to improve reliability. The role supports odd hours and weekends as needed and offers a flexible remote or hybrid work model.

• Advanced SQL development with complex queries and window functions.

Responsabilidades

• Write and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to analyze data discrepancies and validate data integrity across systems.
• Investigate incidents involving database failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Monitor database jobs, ETL processes and scheduled batches for critical cycles.
• Validate reports against source data and build ad hoc SQL queries for business users.
• Optimize slow-running queries and coordinate with DBAs for performance improvements.
• Provide database-level troubleshooting support in major incident calls.
