Job summary

Capgemini Mexico is seeking a Senior Data Platform Engineer to lead production support for Data & Analytics platforms, ensuring stable operations and rapid incident resolution. You will coordinate with offshore teams and interact with client stakeholders to maintain SLAs.

The role requires 7+ years in IT, solid Databricks, GCP, Airflow, and Power BI experience in production environments, plus strong incident management and release coordination. On-site in Aguascalientes with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience
• Minimum 3+ years in Production/Application Support
• Strong experience with Databricks, GCP, Airflow and data platforms in production environments

Responsibilities

• Lead production support operations for Data & Analytics platforms, ensuring stable operations and SLA adherence
• Resolve P1/P2 incidents quickly and perform RCA
• Coordinate with offshore teams and client stakeholders
• Drive problem management and recurring issue elimination
• Support change and release management activities and proactive monitoring
