Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Lead Application Support Data Engineer (Informatica PowerCenter & Power BI) to provide advanced production support, incident management, and operational ownership across enterprise data and integration platforms.

This role focuses on ETL, data integration, and reporting environments, with Informatica as the core technology. Exposure to Power BI, MuleSoft, and Automation Anywhere is valued as you ramp on adjacent platforms.

Formación

• 6+ years in production support for enterprise data platforms.
• Hands-on Informatica PowerCenter and/or IICS troubleshooting experience.
• Strong SQL, RCA, incident management, and ITIL-aligned practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational support across BI, ETL, API, and RPA platforms with SLA adherence.
• Own end-to-end incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and permanent fixes.
• Govern production releases, change approvals, and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, development, database, cloud, and vendor teams.
