Celestica in Monterrey seeks a Senior Lead Engineer for Test Manufacturing to drive complex server/storage/AI compute rack testing. You will coordinate with engineering, production and service teams, manage customer life cycle issues and deliver technical trainings.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in manufacturing with strong PC/server knowledge, Linux scripting, and experience in test development and Six Sigma methodologies.

Formación

• 8+ years manufacturing experience with production support, product development and diagnostics.
• Experience with system integration projects and failure analysis.
• Strong Linux-based testing experience and scripting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customer technical requirements and maintain contextual knowledge for issues.
• Collaborate with development, production and service teams on performance requirements.
• Engage with CMX site to support design, production launch, and service.
• Manage full customer product life cycle support and issue resolution.
• Prepare technical presentations and training for customers and internal teams.
• Contribute to best practice documents with SMEs.
