seeks a seasoned test engineering leader to design and implement comprehensive test strategies for electro-mechanical products. You will develop software and hardware test solutions, optimize calibration and functional testing, and drive lean manufacturing improvements to meet industrial standards. The role requires at least 5 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or physics, and onsite work in Chihuahua.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physics-related field.
5+ years of relevant work experience in test engineering.
Strong problem solving and data analytics abilities.

Responsabilidades

Architect and lead end-to-end test strategy design for electro-mechanical products.
Develop and deploy robust test software and hardware for calibration and testing.
Drive cost-efficient, sustainable manufacturing processes within standards.
Validate test systems with MSA, CpK, and GR&R analyses.
Create documentation for test solutions and specifications.
