You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure performance, reliability, and timely issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, data-driven analysis, and technical leadership, with opportunities to influence best practices and mentor peers.

Formación

• Failure analyses at system integration level; knowledge of networking/storage/processing devices.
• Strong PC/server architecture, networking, and JBOD/disk knowledge; measurement equipment experience.
• Linux-based test scripting; Bash and Python familiarity.
• Test development, test script development, and knowledge of test sequencers.
• 8D, 5W, Six Sigma methods for problem solving and reporting.
• Fixture development for rapid failure validation and strong traceability.
• Foundational engineering disciplines relevant to CCS Products.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customer requirements to maintain contextual knowledge for issues and projects.
• Collaborate with development, production and service teams to define performance requirements.
• Work with CMX site to support design, production launch, full production and service support.
• Define scope of technical work, engage with team, take assignments and resolve issues.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and training to customers and internal teams.
• Develop best practice standards via research, docs, and SMEs.
