Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer (SLE) in Monterrey, Mexico, to join the Test Manufacturing team. You will work on servers, storage devices, and AI compute rack systems, interfacing with customers to capture requirements and drive solution design.

You will collaborate with development, production, and service teams, lead technical presentations, and contribute to best-practice standards while supporting the full product life cycle from design to service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with CAD software.
• Educational requirements may vary by geography.

Responsibilities

• Understand the customer's technical requirements to maintain contextual knowledge for issues and projects.
• Collaborate with development, production and service teams to understand performance requirements that drive the solution design.
• Work as a core team member with the CMX site to support design, production launch, full production and service support.
• Understand the scope of all technical work, engage with the team, accept work assignments and work through problem resolution for the full customer product life cycle support.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and training sessions to customers and internal teams.
• Contribute to best practice standard development by conducting research, writing documents and engaging SMEs.
