Responsibilities

• Understand customer technical requirements to maintain contextual knowledge for issues and projects.
• Collaborate with development, production and service teams to understand performance requirements driving solution design.
• Support design, production launch, full production and service support for customer products.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and training sessions to customers and internal teams.
• Develop best-practice standards by researching, documenting, and engaging SMEs.
