Aspire Recruitment Solutions seeks an experienced Sr. Lead Infrastructure - Core Platforms to design, implement, and optimize foundational infrastructure in a global tech environment. You will drive high-availability, security, and automation across data centers and hybrid setups.

Lead complex initiatives, mentor engineers, and provide guidance on identity services, PKI, backups, and observability while collaborating with global teams and ensuring reliable operations.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience as Infrastructure/Systems Engineer in enterprise environments.
• Experience leading complex infrastructure design and delivery without direct people management.
• Experience with high availability and recoverability requirements for business-critical platforms.
• Hands-on with enterprise infrastructure technologies including Windows Server, AD, PKI, backups, virtualization, identity services.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• ITIL qualification or equivalent operational experience.
• Experience with PowerShell and automation (Ansible).
• Experience with monitoring tools and cloud-native observability solutions.
• Experience in global, multicultural technology organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement core infrastructure platforms and services.
• Provide technical leadership for data center and hybrid infrastructure.
• Develop automation using PowerShell and Ansible.
• Improve monitoring, security, resilience, and incident response.
• Mentor engineers and serve as escalation point for complex issues.
• Support workplace technology and Microsoft 365 services.
