EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Chief Infrastructure Automation & Orchestration Engineer to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure hybrid Windows, Citrix, and cloud platforms, with a strong automation focus.

The role requires mentoring engineers, driving handoffs, and aligning security with engineering controls. Responsibilities include defining hybrid architecture, promoting Infrastructure as Code, and coordinating with cybersecurity partners to deliver threat management and compliance

Formación

• 7+ years of infrastructure engineering experience across hybrid environments.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Windows experience in enterprise design, integration, and validation.
• 5+ years of cloud experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure, including identity and hybrid patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Define hybrid infrastructure architecture for Windows, Citrix, and cloud platforms with an automation-first approach.
• Lead adoption of Infrastructure as Code practices through standards, examples, and mentorship.
• Engineer and administer identity and access management across on-prem and multi-cloud systems.
