Everforth Apex Systems Mexico is seeking a Lead Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to drive the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-scale Azure environments.

The ideal candidate will serve as a technical leader, collaborating with architects, platform teams, and cloud engineers to establish best practices and guide decisions to ensure secure, scalable cloud solutions through automation and governance frameworks.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of IT infrastructure or cloud engineering experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure environments.
• Strong expertise in Azure networking architecture and design.
• Deep understanding of Azure Security Controls and Network Security Architecture.
• Experience implementing and managing ExpressRoute, VPN Connectivity, and VNets.
• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code with Azure DevOps pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement enterprise-scale Azure infrastructure solutions.
• Lead cloud infrastructure initiatives focusing on scalability, availability, and security.
• Provide technical leadership for Azure governance and operational best practices.
• Ensure cloud designs align with organizational standards and compliance requirements.
• Design and manage Azure networking (VNets, Hub-and-Spoke, ExpressRoute).
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
• Configure and govern network security controls (Azure Firewall, NSGs).
• Troubleshoot complex networking and connectivity issues across Azure environments.
