EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to architect and automate scalable, secure hybrid infrastructure across Windows, Citrix, and cloud platforms. You will drive IaC adoption, partner with stakeholders, and ensure zero-trust patterns across services.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, identity management, and automation to deliver secure, compliant, and observable infrastructure on a global scale.

Formación

• 5+ years of Windows engineering experience across design, integration and validation.
• 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure in enterprise hybrid environments.
• Strong leadership to mentor teams and advocate IaC practices.
• Proven IaC development and maintenance experience with modern IaC approaches.
• Advanced AWS IAM expertise for identity and access management in cloud environments.
• Hands-on Active Directory Domain Services experience supporting large-scale identity platforms.
