Job summary

The Big Jobsite seeks an experienced Lead, Accounting & Reporting to support Finance Managers in GBS Finance across Americas. The role focuses on GL accounting, reporting accuracy, and internal controls, coordinating with RTR, Tax and Treasury, and country leaders.

Strong English skills and a Bachelor's in Accounting are required; 5 years in accounting/controls with Big 4 or GBS exposure is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mexico.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 5 years experience leading Accounting and Internal Control processes.
• Experience in Big 4 or GBS environments.
• Advanced English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead GL accounting and financial reporting for Americas countries.
• Ensure complete, timely, and accurate recording of all GL transactions.
• Support compliance with Corporate Finance Policies and internal controls.
