Vertiv is seeking a Senior Manager of Manufacturing Process Design to lead the architecture of our production ecosystems, bridging R&D and the shop floor through high-fidelity simulation and Yamazumi balancing to optimize TAKT-driven lines long before production starts.

You will drive DFM/DFA reviews, virtual commissioning, and data-driven improvements, overseeing CROs and cross-functional launches while coordinating with global design centers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields.
• Master's degree preferred in IS/Industrial Analytics.
• 5-10 years manufacturing process design experience in high-volume environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead NPI design integration with R&D to embed manufacturing constraints.
• Balance processes to takt time and minimize WIP.
• Oversee translation of design data to DES models and validate throughput targets.
• Direct DFM/DFA reviews to reduce ECOs.
• Conduct virtual commissioning and validate equipment selections (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Lead root-cause analysis with FMEA and Six Sigma.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches and cradle-to-grave handoffs.
• Develop and standardize process sheets; justify CAPEX for NPDI and line transfers.
