Vertiv is seeking an AME Manufacturing Development & Deployment Engineer to architect the Connected Factory on the plant floor. You will deploy advanced production lines for Power and Thermal products, ensuring DES and Yamazumi models run with precision.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Systems/Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years hands-on experience in manufacturing deployment or plant engineering, focus on power products or complex electronics.
• Proven Launch Track Record with Vertical Startups and implementing DFM/DFA on factory floor.
• Experience with Advanced Simulation tools and CAD for factory footprint and layouts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead physical installation of manufacturing lines and OT devices in a unified factory ecosystem.
• Deploy and calibrate DC Torque tools and smart sensors; capture data for Digital Twin/Quality systems.
• Validate Yamazumi modeling and live data graphing to align manual and automated work.
• Use DES data to guide automation cell layouts and ensure throughput matches simulations.
• Coordinate tablet-based SOPs and Power Automate workflows to replace paper processes.
• Oversee IQ/OQ/PQ of equipment and ensure OT is integrated with MES/ERP.
