Vertiv seeks a Manager / Senior Leader of Manufacturing Process Design to architect production ecosystems. You will bridge R&D and shop floor, integrating DES for validated throughput prior to production and leading a global launch strategy.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in power electronics manufacturing, strong DFM/DFA, and expertise in Yamazumi, line balancing, and data-driven optimization. This role requires leadership across global centers and local plants.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• 15+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing process design for power products.
• Proven track record applying DFM/DFA and high-fidelity simulation modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead NPI process with R&D to embed manufacturing constraints early.
• Balance processes to takt time and reduce WIP.
• Translate data into DES models to validate throughput before production.
