Roche is seeking experienced Application Specialists to provide cross-border technical support to laboratories in LATAM, specializing in the Serum Work Area. The role involves handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and delivering high-quality service to affiliates.

You will train staff and customers, support product updates, and participate in continuous improvement. Travel flexibility is required, with relocation not offered for this posting.

Formación

• Degree in biomedical or related field.
• Knowledge of electronics and electro-mechanical systems.
• Fluent Spanish and advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level technical support to customers of LATAM affiliates by phone and written channels.
• Identify and troubleshoot failures; remote access for diagnostics; document issues for quality programs.
• Conduct customer and staff training; workshops on product updates and launches.
