Job summary

Jeeves seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to work hands-on with finance and engineering teams at high-growth and enterprise companies across Latin America. You will write production code, own technical onboarding for strategic accounts, and conduct technical workshops with customer teams.

The role blends engineering with customer interaction and travel to client sites. Location: remote or hybrid based out of Mexico City, with flexible office in Roma Norte.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least 2 years in customer-facing technical work.
• Strong hands-on coding in Python, TypeScript/Node, or Go with REST APIs and webhooks.
• Solid SQL and data-mapping skills demonstrated in integrations or data pipelines.
• Professional fluency in English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Able to travel to customer sites in Latin America as needed.

Responsibilities

• Write production code to support Jeeves' largest customers.
• Own the technical onboarding of strategic accounts from scoping to go-live and adoption.
• Run technical workshops with customer engineering and finance teams, sometimes on-site.
• Write clear implementation plans, set timelines, and flag risks early.
• Turn customer requests into prioritized input for Product and Engineering; collaborate with Sales on technical discovery and proofs of concept.
