Kohler Reynosa is seeking a Sr. Continuous Improvement Technician to develop Lean culture and lead Kaizen events in manufacturing and administrative areas.

Reporting to the CI-Coordinator, this role drives OEE analysis, VSM, root cause analysis, 5S/Visual Controls, and training on Kohler systems and tools to improve performance.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in industrial engineering, 3 years in manufacturing, and proficiency with Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, plus strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with OPEX (Operation Excellence), and leading continuous improvement projects (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead high-impact projects from initiation to closure, applying scope, schedule, and risk management best practices.
• Support the Project Portfolio ensuring prioritization and alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate Kohler training programs, Kaizen events and other Kohler initiatives.
• Educate employees on Kohler Systems, tools and techniques to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identify and leverage best practices within the local site and document lessons learned.
