Medallia is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Engineer to join the DXA Data Insights team. You will work on backend Java microservices, streaming data pipelines with Flink, and messaging with Kafka, collaborating across teams to deliver scalable SaaS features.

You will plan tasks biweekly, write tests, and participate in code reviews while ensuring production stability. Hybrid work with 3 days onsite in the Mexico City vicinity is expected.

Formación

• 5+ years of backend Java experience.
• Proficient with Spring Boot in production.
• Experience with Kafka and streaming data frameworks.
• Knowledge of relational databases and query optimization.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
• Ability to write tests and support services in production.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices used across the team.
• Develop and operate Apache Flink stream-processing jobs.
• Build Kafka-based producers/consumers and shared utilities.
• Contribute to internal frameworks and ensure backward compatibility.
• Integrate services via REST APIs and maintain multi-repo Maven setup.
• Support services in production and participate in on-call as needed.
