Medallia is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer for the Digital Experience Analytics (DXA) Data Insights team in Mexico. You will contribute to back-end Java/Spring Boot microservices, work on stream-processing with Flink, and help integrate services via REST in a hybrid onsite model.

You will design, build, test, and operate services, participate in code reviews, and support production deployments. Candidates should have 5+ years of backend Java experience, Spring, Maven, Kafka, and relational

Formación

• Java backend microservices: 5+ years of professional experience.
• Spring Framework: production applications with Spring Boot.
• Maven: multi-module projects and dependency management.
• Kafka, Flink or Spark: distributed data processing.
• Relational databases (MySQL): data modeling and querying.
• REST APIs: building and consuming services.
• Production operations: automated tests and on-call support.
• Code reviews and cross-repo collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices.
• Develop and operate Flink stream-processing jobs for high-volume data.
• Build Kafka producers/consumers and standardize usage.
• Contribute to internal frameworks and ensure backward compatibility.
• Integrate services via REST APIs; manage multi-repo Maven landscape.
• Contribute to Java 21 migration and modern dependencies.
• Write tests, review code, and support services in production.
• On-call availability outside core hours when needed.
