Softtek in Monterrey seeks a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test to lead automation strategy for Airline Operations systems, shaping CI/CD integration and quality practices. You will mentor SDETs, design scalable frameworks, and collaborate with DevOps, product, and business stakeholders to prevent defects early in the SDLC.

This role requires hands-on development with Java/JS/TS, experience with Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Eggplant, and strong debugging and communication

Formación

• Five years of software development or quality engineering experience.
• Hands-on with Java/JS/TS and automation tools; API automation is a plus.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines and quality gates.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Airline Operations applications.
• Develop mocks, stubs, test harnesses, and test data solutions.
• Translate workflows into end-to-end automation strategies and test scenarios.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and quality gates.
• Lead API, integration, end-to-end, and mobile automation strategy.
• Mentor SDETs and QA professionals; collaborate with DevOps, product, and business stakeholders.
