Qualifications

• 6+ years in software quality assurance with PM/UX/Engineering collaboration.
• 6+ years automated testing (UI, API, performance).
• 5+ years in systems-based testing architecture (auth, platforms, infra).
• 3+ years testing data science models and AI/ML evals.
• Strong written and verbal communication; holistic quality mindset.
• Experience writing/working with Gherkin for BDD.

Responsibilities

• Build regression automation scripts for app functionality.
• Manually test software against defined criteria for validation.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance testing.
• Document feature behavior in detail.
• Record pass/fail conditions and link to bugs.
• Raise risks to product quality when identified.
• Collaborate with product team to ensure quality across the SDLC.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to incorporate user feedback.
• Participate in refinement and effort estimation.
• Maintain automation repos using GitHub; run custom scripts.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
