Capgemini is seeking a Java Developer to design, develop and maintain enterprise software for global clients. You will leverage Java, Spring Framework, and microservices to deliver scalable solutions in a collaborative, cross-functional environment with a focus on technical excellence.

Based in Hybrid - Aguascalientes, Mexico, you will work with stakeholders throughout the SDLC, mentor junior team members, and contribute to agile ceremonies to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Formación

• Experience building Java applications with Spring Framework and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of database technologies and integration patterns.
• Experience delivering enterprise banking/financial services apps.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
• Mentor and guide fellow developers.
• Familiar with Agile development practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Framework.
• Build scalable, resilient microservices aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, clients, and teams throughout the SDLC.
• Develop, optimize, and support database-driven applications for performance and reliability.
• Participate in design discussions and contribute to solution architecture decisions.
• Write clean, testable code following coding standards and conduct reviews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across the development team.
• Troubleshoot defects and performance issues; support deployments and releases.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the team.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and distributed development environments.
• Adhere to Capgemini standards, governance, and delivery methodologies.
