Formación

• Proven experience developing software solutions using Java, Spring Framework, and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of database technologies and application integration patterns.
• Experience delivering enterprise applications in Banking or Financial Services environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging clients and business stakeholders.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to mentor and guide fellow developers.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Framework
• Build scalable and resilient microservices-based solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, clients, and cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle
• Develop, optimize, and support database-driven applications ensuring performance and reliability
• Participate in application design discussions and contribute to solution architecture decisions
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following established coding standards and best practices
• Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the development team
• Troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve application defects and performance issues
• Support application deployments and production releases while ensuring system stability
• Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge across the team
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and collaborate effectively within distributed development environments
• Ensure adherence to Capgemini standards, governance processes, and delivery methodologies
