You will mentor junior engineers, drive engineering excellence, and collaborate with product, design, and operations to deliver reliable, secure solutions using Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, and modern AI-assisted tooling. This role emphasizes distributed systems, cloud-native practices, and a commitment to high-quality software.

Formación

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Strong Java (Spring Boot) and JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency.
• Experience with microservices architectures and cloud-native environments.

Responsabilidades

• Refine and finalize requirements for complex software solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable services.
