Job summary

ENGIE Mexico is seeking a Sr. IT Project Management Leader to drive regional IT projects within the Shared Service team of Network & Cybersecurity.

You will plan, execute, and monitor telecom, network and cybersecurity initiatives, coordinating regional IT teams and the global IT organization. The role emphasizes agile project management, change management, and seamless integration across business units, with collaboration across global and local teams to ensure successful deployment and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equal work exp).
5-7 years IT industry experience in a similar role.
Advanced English and Spanish.
Qualifications in Agile, PMI; Prince2 a plus; experience in telecom, network, cybersecurity projects in an Agile/global setting.

Responsibilities

Define objectives, deadlines, risks and budgets for telecom, network and cybersecurity projects.
Lead project team with Kanban Agile method; facilitate regular agile meetings.
Define change organization and planning; present changes to CAB for production deployment.
Lead integration changes with minimal disruption to operations.
Collaborate with Local, regional and global teams; report delivery performance.
