Job summary

ENGIE GBS LATAM, S.A. DE C.V. is seeking a Sr. Leader of IT Project Management to manage telecom, network and cybersecurity projects within the regional IT team and global organization. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, applying agile practices, and ensuring smooth integration with business units.

You will lead planning, change management, CAB reviews and reporting to stakeholders, while aligning with security and operational standards in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–7 years IT industry experience in a similar role.
• Advanced English and Spanish.
• Agile, PMI qualifications; Prince2 a plus; experience in telecom, network and cybersecurity projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan objectives, deadlines, risks and budgets for telecom, network and cybersecurity projects.
• Lead project team with a basic Kanban approach and agile meetings.
• Define and manage change organization and CAB presentations for deployments.
• Lead technical changes and ensure minimal disruption during integration.
• Collaborate with Local, regional and global teams to align delivery.
• Prepare and deliver regular delivery reports and key metrics.
• Stay informed on cybersecurity trends and threats.
